Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound scans with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct Doppler studies and small parts imaging (thyroid, breast, scrotal, etc.)
- Analyze and produce clear, timely diagnostic reports
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of ultrasound equipment
- Maintain high standards of patient care and confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines (AHPC)
- Support continuous improvement of imaging services
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Medical Sonography or related field
- Minimum of 5yrs experience
- Valid certification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
