Job Summary

We seek an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and strengthen our brand across multiple branches. The ideal candidate is an approachable, results- driven leader with proven success managing marketing teams and delivering impactful campaigns within the hospitality or related industry.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Oversee recruitment processes for the branches in Accra, Kumasi, and Obuasi.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across all branches, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for market growth and new customer segments.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
  • Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote the company's services.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Drive innovation in marketing approaches, including digital and social media campaigns.
  • Conduct group presentations and public speaking events to promote the company.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and recruitment progress.



Person Specification:

  • Degree in tourism or any related course is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
  • Proven success in recruiting and managing marketing teams.
  • Strong track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Approachable, well-spoken, and able to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Previous experience overseeing multiple branches is desirable.
