Manager

Duties:

• Ensure the proper washing and ironing of all items brought to the factory. It should be done to the highest quality
• Ensure that spots and stains on articles are properly treated.
• Where a stain or, spot cannot be treated or customer's item cannot be delivered on time, such customers should be notified.
• Offer alteration services eg replacement or button etc with the consent of the customer at a fee.
• Ensure all machines are cleaned and maintained regularly.
• That customers’ items are delivered on time if possible, a day before the scheduled date.
• Ensure that the ECG Pre-paid is replenished when the meter is reading GHC 500.00 (Five Hundred Cedis Only).
• Make sure all staff report on time and carry out their work effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that items are collected from the outlets regularly and timely.
• That all equipment at the factory is operated correctly and safely by trained personnel.
• Maintain a very clean working environment in and around the factory and the outlets
• Ensure proper sorting of items to avoid misplacing customers’ items.
• Develop methods of working effectively and efficiently
• Submit monthly report on operations at the factory and outlets
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints of unsatisfactory work or shortage
• Ensure that all company policies and procedures duly followed.
• That all staff adhere to strict working hours.
• Constantly check the outlets to make sure that items do stay too long on our shelves as this affects our cash flow.
• Ensure that inputs are ordered on time.
• Look for new business especially corporate customers
• Liaise with the two supervisors in the performance of their duties.
