To drive sales and increase premium income of the company through prospecting & selling life assurance products to all Ghanaians between the ages of 18 -59 years.

- Prospecting for new clients selling Life insurance products to target market.
- Working in a team to achieve sales target Responsible for representing company at field events such as conferences, seminars, exhibition, churches, mosques etc
- Preparing sales reports to Team Leaders.
- Meet sales and premium targets.
- Prospecting & Selling Life products to a target market.
- Working in a team to achieve sales targets.
- Meet sales and premium targets.
- Sales & marketing of life insurance products.
- Establish new sales points and servicing existing ones.
- WASSCE. SSCE Diploma, or Degree.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service
- Good negotiation and networking skills
- Good planning and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly aggressive and high sense of integrity
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
