Job Summary
On our team, you'll serve as a key member of the Corporate FP&A team supporting the Enterprise Organizations as the team FP&A lead. You'll coordinate the financial reporting rhythms for the Enterprise Organizations, including partnering with the Rates Management team on pool reporting and forecasting. You will coordinate and communicate deadlines for the team and act as team liaison with corporate accounting on schedule deadlines and coordination of accruals and other monthly and quarterly actions. You'll create templates, coordinate annual planning cycle for the team, and lead efforts to develop and document best practices and process standardization.

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance
- Experience in Rate Management including managing pool budgets and forecasts impacts on a complex rate structure
- Experience in analyzing and communicating financial performance to senior leaders
- Experience with using Microsoft Excel, including creating detailed financial, analytical, and scenario-based models, and teaching and coaching staff
- Experience with Cost Point, Tableau, Deltek, and Smartview, including Excel Add-In
- Ability to lead an accounting or finance function
- Ability to communicate financial information
- Bachelor's degree
