Cybersecurity Presales Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Cybersecurity Presales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions to our clients. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating our solutions, designing proof-of-concepts, and ensuring customers understand the value of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Design and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions, including demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tender requests with accurate technical proposals.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and competitor solutions.
• Provide internal training and support to the sales team on product capabilities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or network security roles.

• Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, supporting sales teams with technical expertise
• Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and threat detection.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, SIEM, IAM, EDR, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage POCs, demos, and technical consultations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and product teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus, such as:
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
• CompTIA Security+
