When we welcome you aboard we’ll introduce you to your team, which consists of the General Manager, Developers and the Sales team. These are the people you’ll work closely with day-to-day. You will be responsible for new and existing customers at Vitay.

- Proactively building relationships with customers
- New customer onboarding
- Provide exceptional account management to new and existing clients including identifying customer goals, pain points and ensuring customers are successful
- Be the customer champion when discussing the product roadmap
- Responsible contract renewals and ensuring timely payments
- Successfully upsell new and existing clients
- Encouraging customers to share feedback, including on review sites
- Customer support with product and compliance
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Customer Success/Account Management for a SaaS
- 1+ years working with large/ enterprise clients
- Experience working in Recruitment or Recruitment Tech - highly desirable
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience working with remote teams
