Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound, outbound calls, and chats.
- Present the company services in a structured and professional manner, while also thinking out of the box to address unique scenarios.
- Investigate customer concerns and complaints, provide effective solutions to resolve them
- Track customer feedback and comments to generate new ideas for the marketing and development team
- Process customer payments and adjustments to maintain financial accounts
Requirements
What you'll bring along:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Outstanding communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and chats while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk software, such as Ziwo, is a plus
