Operations Associate

What you’ll do.

• Streamline and enhance operational processes to boost efficiency across the organization.
• Actively collaborate with the founders and across various departments such as marketing, sales, and software development to facilitate smooth operational flow.
• Utilize analytics to guide operational strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare essential operational documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes. Manage the distribution and archiving of confidential files and documents, ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping.
• Actively liaise with staff and managers across various departments to align operational priorities, facilitate communication, and support effective collaboration. This role involves a significant amount of coordination to ensure that all parts of the organization are working together efficiently.
• Support the leadership team with the execution of key strategic initiatives.

What you’ll need.

• Minimum of 1 year in an operations role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Strong skills in data analysis and using insights to drive operational decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Comfortable operating independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment to deliver results, with an ability to establish priorities and reliably execute against time-sensitive deadlines.
