Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Creator Community Manager who is passionate about supporting creators, empowering them to create compelling content that fosters a loyal following while driving sales to our SaaS customers’ Affiliate Influencer programs. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing our customers’ creator communities, specifically those who use our new affiliate marketing product. You will encourage adoption with net-new creators, as well as optimize retention through nurture outreach and campaigns. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Content Marketing to ensure creators are supported through email outreach, training, support videos, community forums, events, newsletters, blogs, and more.

Job Description/Requirements
- Recruit and nurture affiliate creators at scale; help grow Captiv8’s creator community by doing the following:
- Act as the key point of contact for creators who are curious about or actively using Captiv8’s affiliate marketing solution
- Ability to understand the needs and asks of the brands to come up with creative, solution-oriented approaches to lead affiliate marketing
- Provide creators with 1:1 and group support/training to optimize affiliate marketing performance and engagement
- Analyze key attributes of success cases and create best practice documents
- Organize creator community meetups and events around customer initiatives
- Build formal programs and courses to support creator success
- Identify Captiv8 creators who may wish to serve as ambassadors for Captiv8’s affiliate marketing solution
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on a nurture strategy to keep creators engaged at every step of the sales funnel from awareness to win-back
- Develop and survey creators on program health, sentiment, feedback
- Generate moderation best practices for creators within the program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in Community Development and/or Creator Management
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives, such as high-volume email outreach, webinars, events, live streams, online community forums
- Strong understanding of content creation, especially on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Must possess strong execution, communication, collaboration, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment
- Passion for supporting creators and helping them monetize their business
