We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Officer to assist in our Accounts department. The responsibilities of an Account Officer include keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.
- Minimum Qualification:HND
- Experience Level:Mid level
- Experience Length:3 years
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Computer taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
- Experience with general ledger functions
