Shall be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the accounting and finance functions of the company

- Experience Level: Senior level
- Experience Length: 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities shall include:
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Cash Management (Receipts, Payments and forecasting)
- General Ledger and accounts reconciliations
- Payroll management
- Monthly and Annual budget preparations and Variance Analysis for control statements
- Accounts Receivables and Payables management
- Credit Policy management
- Financing Activities
- Cheque Runs
- Establishment and enforcement of proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Construction Projects Budgeting and Accounting
- Management of statutory accounting obligations
Skills
- Proven working experience as Accounts Manager or finance Manger
- Advanced Computer Skills of MS Office, Accounting Software and database management
- Proven Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
Qualification
- BA Finance
Plus or
- ACCA final (Affiliate)
- Five (5) Years work experience in relevant position
