You’ll be at the centre of operations, linking account management and creative teams, and ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to execution while staying on schedule and within budget.

⚠️ Minimum of 3 years experience in an advertising or creative agency ⚠️

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be ⬇️

• Workflow Optimisation: Improve internal processes to ensure work flows efficiently across teams

• Resource Allocation: Assign tasks based on skills, availability, and workload

• Project Scheduling: Oversee timelines and coordinate regular check-ins to eliminate bottlenecks

• Internal Liaison: Facilitate communication between account management and creative/production teams

• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards

• Budget Monitoring: Track time and costs to maintain profitability

Essential Skills & Tools ⬇️

• Soft Skills: Strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and conflict management

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of creative and production processes, as well as delivery requirements

• Tools: Proficiency in project and resource management tools (Clockify, Asana, etc.)
