Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of project tasks from start to finish
- Work closely with developers, designers, and operations
- Break down ideas into clear, actionable steps
- Identify and solve problems early
- Keep tasks, features, and bugs organized and updated
- Ensure smooth communication across teams
- Provide clear, structured progress updates
What your day will look like
- Keep projects moving forward daily
- Follow up consistently until tasks are completed
- Maintain clear and organized systems
- Make progress visible across the team
Requirements
- Experience in project management, product, or operations
- Comfortable working directly with developers (important)
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Independent and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Good with Microsoft Office
