Job Title: Team Lead, Firmus Connect

Reports To: Managing Partner/Partner

Supervises: Team Members

Internal Relations: Colleagues

External Relations: Clients/Partners

Job Duties and Tasks:

·      Support in strategy formulation and execution.

·      Lead the customer relations and marketing team.

·      Daily planning and operations of Firmus Connect.

·      Undertaking business development and marketing activities to grow the customer base ensuring 90% retention of customers.

·      Liaise with product manager.

·      Grow employer-based subscriptions.

·      Develop a training and coaching program.

·      Accurate record keeping and providing valuable financial information.

·      Ensuring strong relationships or partnerships with universities, tertiary institutions, and employers.

·      Other duties that may be assigned.

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource, or any relevant field, or a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
