Supply Chain Director

We’re proud to partner with a truly African company, deeply rooted across the continent and celebrated for its innovative and practical FMCG brands. They are now seeking a seasoned, hands-on Supply Chain Director to lead operations and help shape the future of everyday living in Africa.

? Your Role

You will oversee and optimize the full supply chain operations within Nigeria, with a sharp focus on efficiency, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Your leadership will be key in driving performance across:

• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead the S&OP process across Sales, Finance, and Production to ensure alignment and forecast accuracy.
• Procurement: Oversee direct sourcing and purchasing of production and marketing materials.
• Logistics: Manage all logistics, from import/export clearance to warehousing and last-mile distribution.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a 3-year strategic roadmap aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Budgeting: Define and monitor supply chain budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost control.

✅ What You Bring

• Experience: ~10 years operational experience in a Supply Chain function, including at least 6 years in senior supply chain leadership.
• Sector Background: FMCG, Food & Beverage industry experience preferred.
• Geographic Exposure: Strong understanding of the African market landscape, especially in West Africa.
