Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store/Book Keeper to manage inventory and maintain accurate bookkeeping records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stock-related activities and ensuring proper documentation of inventory.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Monitor and receive deliveries, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
  • Organize and manage stock storage and arrangement
  • Prepare reports on stock levels and movements
  • Reconcile stock records and report discrepancies
  • Maintain proper documentation of all inventory transactions

Requirements:

  • HND or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a storekeeper and bookkeeper.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and basic accounting tools

Note: Would prefer Candidates living in and around Teshie/Nungua.
