A NAYA Naturals Supply Chain Associate helps bring products to market by working across production, warehousing, planning, and transportation, with a focus on inventory management, cost control, data analysis, process improvement, demand planning, distribution, and cross-functional communication by generally balancing supply with demand.

Key Responsibilities (General)
- Operational Support: Assist with daily tasks in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution, ensuring smooth operations.
- Planning & Analysis: Help with demand forecasting, inventory management, production scheduling, and analyzing supply chain data.
- Process Improvement: Identify issues, support project activities, and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, logistics, finance, and manufacturing teams to coordinate activities, manage inventory, and resolve issues.
- System Support: Participate in system installation, testing, training, and deployment for new processes.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and internal guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration.
- Familiarity with inventory management tools and Data Management and Project Management tools, such as Excel, Planner, and Power BI is a plus
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
