Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra for a Senior Manager – Procurement & Supply Advisory Services. The Senior Manager will lead procurement and supply chain advisory engagements, support transformation initiatives, implement digital transformation, and support capacity building at key clients across various industries and sectors. Expert knowledge of how procurement can be a strategic value creator is imperative.

The Senior Manager will also be responsible for building client relationships, mentoring team members, and driving business development efforts. The role may involve some regional travelling as the Harley Reed offices work together closely,

Qualifications

• Expertise in end to end procurement processes and knowledge of process optimisation
• Proven experience in delivering impactful procurement services in prior roles
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess procurement data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools
• MCIPS professional certification (preferably via applied learning or examination route)
