Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and manage the entire national supply chain function. This role ensures seamless procurement, warehousing, distribution, and inventory planning to support both sales and workshop operations across all locations.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the national supply chain team.
- Oversee procurement of quality automotive and equipment parts (Valeo, Bosch, Donaldson, etc.).
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies, policies, and controls.
- Lead inventory planning, forecasting, warehousing, and nationwide distribution.
- Ensure availability of critical parts for service operations and sales.
- Build and maintain strong global and local supplier relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and evaluate supplier performance.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and systems improvement.
- Present monthly supply chain reports, budgets, and analytics to executive leadership.
- Mentor and supervise supply chain personnel across all branches.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s advantage).
- 7–10 years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior supply chain role.
- Automotive/truck/heavy equipment industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven capability in managing multi-branch supply chain operations.
