Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and vigilant Security Guards to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Duties include monitoring premises, preventing unauthorized access, responding to incidents, and reporting any suspicious activity. The ideal candidates will have strong observation skills, good communication abilities, and a professional demeanor. Prior security experience or relevant training is preferred, but not always require

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safeguard company property, staff, and visitors.
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly.
- Control access at gates, entrances, and exits.
- Report suspicious behavior and security breaches immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SHS certificate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in security work is an advantage.
- Physically fit and alert.
- Age: 30 years and above.
- Good communication, writing and observation skills.
- Must be honest, disciplined, and reliable.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and on rotational shifts (day/night).
