Role Description
DENTIST
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra for a Dentist and Dental Nurse.
The Dentist will perform oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and provide professional dental care such as fillings, extractions, and preventive treatments.
The role requires working on weekends, with one day off during the week.
Applicants residing in Central Accra or nearby areas are highly preferred to ensure a smooth commute
Qualifications
Dentist
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
- Licensed to practice dentistry in Ghana
- Proficient in diagnosing and managing common dental conditions, performing routine procedures, and patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under the supervision of the Head Dentist and as part of a multidisciplinary dental team
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to healthcare standards
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment
- Previous experience in a dental practice is advantageous
Dental Nurse
Entry Level Role
We are seeking a motivated Dental Nurse with 6 months to 1 year of clinical experience to support dental procedures and ensure smooth patient care.
The successful candidate will assist the dental team, maintain sterilization and infection control standards, prepare instruments and materials, and provide chairside support under the supervision of the Head Dentist.
The role requires working on weekends, with one day off during the week.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in a dental clinic.
- Knowledge of dental instruments, infection control, and patient care procedures.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work closely with dentists and other clinic staff.
Salary: 2000 cedis with possibility of increase after initial 3 months probatory period

Interview Process
The interview process may take one or two phases and could be conducted online, in-person, or a combination of both.
