Job summary
Supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs by conducting site inspections, enforcing safety policies, and delivering safety inductions
Job descriptions & requirements
- Conduct and lead toolbox talks and pre-work area inspections.
- Oversee HSE Activities and ensure compliance at shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with laid out Safety Procedures
- Respond to HSE Incidents and Emergencies and prepare the Preliminary Incident Reports
- Document Safety Violations, incidents and near misses.
- Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials.
- Conduct equipment inspections.
- Monitor the state of open actions and follow up with owners.
- Promote initiatives to enhance the HSE Culture among all personnel
- Implement feedback mechanisms to increase employee engagement in HSE
- Implement real-time risk assessment tools during shifts.
- Minimum 02 – 03 years in Manufacturing Environment as HSE Personnel
- HND in Environmental Science
- Certification in Occupational health and safety
- Certification in First Aid Administration
- Medical treatment covered at Company First Aid Clinic / Company Designated Hospitals, as per the prevailing company policy in place.
- As per the prevailing company policy in place.
- 25 – 30 years maximum.
