Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing customer and dealer relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. Your role includes conducting market research, prospecting clients through cold calls and field visits, negotiating deals, and supporting long-term growth by understanding and addressing customer needs.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Activities:
- Discover and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and selling possibilities.
- Manage and grow the existing dealer and institutional client network in the assigned territory
- Appoint new fleet clients, institutional accounts, and dealers to expand market presence.
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective clients by highlighting benefits and solutions.
- Negotiate deals and ensure adherence to company procedures for cash and credit handling.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; share insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports by collecting data from the field on pricing, schemes, and product performance.
- Represent the company professionally during customer engagements and industry activities.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of new customers and dealers onboarded.
- Sales volume and revenue achieved in assigned territory.
- Frequency and effectiveness of client visits and follow-ups.
- Customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Accuracy and timeliness of market and sales reports.
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Contribution to market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Position Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
- Professional presentation and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle or willingness to learn, with possession of a valid rider’s license being an advantage.
Locations: Tema, Accra, Cape Coast, Takoradi, Ho, Kumasi, Tamale, Wassa, Techiman and Sunyani
Salary: Minimum of GHs2,000 plus commission
