Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role based in Accra, where some work-from-home flexibility is offered. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships with property sellers and buyers, and meeting sales targets. Key tasks include market research, managing client inquiries, coordinating property viewings, and maintaining updated knowledge of the real estate market. The role also involves preparing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless sales process for customers.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation: Strong ability to sell products and services, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Communication and Relationship Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Market Knowledge and Research Skills: Familiarity with the real estate industry in Ghana and proficiency in conducting market research.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, and mobile apps for efficient work processes.
• Self-Motivation and Discipline: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in both remote and in-office settings.
• Additional qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred but not required.
• Experience in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage.
