Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll do.
- Recruit elite talent across all functions of the business
- Create and place job postings and other media to attract candidates
- Write technical and non-technical job descriptions
- Compose job offer letters
- Onboard new hires and coordinate their entry into their departments
What you’ll need.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 years of experience in a recruitment role
- A warmth for people and genuine care in making the recruiting and onboarding experience the first of many great moments in an employee’s journey
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a high-output team.
