Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to support our People Team during an exciting period of growth and organizational development. This senior role involves collaborating closely with HR leadership to effectively implement new HR strategies and streamline processes.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an HR project roadmap, balancing overlapping projects and resources.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align on project goals and impacts.
  • Ensure a superior onboarding experience for new hires, enhancing their initial engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Evaluate organizational change readiness and identify potential adoption barriers.
  • Create and distribute informative materials to manage expectations and facilitate change.
  • Provide support during transitions, resolving issues and addressing stakeholder concerns.
  • Develop strategies to enhance project outcomes, utilizing data to optimize processes.
  • Conduct evaluations post-project to determine success and identify improvement areas.
  • Work with HR leadership to refine processes and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Lead change management initiatives, developing necessary training and resources.
  • Support senior HR leaders with specialized projects in areas like benefits and compensation.
  • Manage the People team's strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison, facilitating effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of growth and development, leveraging challenges as learning opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR with a strong focus on change management and project coordination.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Change Management Skills: Experience with methodologies like Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Process preferred.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines; familiarity with tools like Jira and Asana.
  • Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to changing circumstances and maintaining effectiveness in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; PMP certification is an advantage.
