Operations Coordinator
Job summary
To support and coordinate daily inspection operations, ensuring smooth job execution, timely communication, and accurate documentation between clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Coordinate and schedule inspection activities with clients, terminals, vessels, and inspectors.
- Prepare and issue job orders, field instructions, and operational documents.
- Track ongoing jobs and ensure timely completion and reporting.
- Communicate operational updates between field staff, clients, and laboratory teams.
- Review and organize inspection reports and supporting documents.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and job-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of all assigned jobs and activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Previous experience in operations coordination (oil & gas or inspection industry preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Office-based role with coordination with field teams.
- May require extended hours depending on operational demands.
