Job Summary
The Materials Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of construction materials, maintenance supplies, and equipment used in real estate development and property management projects. This role ensures optimal inventory levels, maintains accurate stock records, and supports project timelines by coordinating timely material availability across construction sites or managed properties. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably within real estate development or construction. They will collaborate closely with procurement teams, site engineers, facility managers, and vendors to ensure materials meet quality standards and project requirements.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and manage storage of all incoming MEP materials and tools.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and issue materials based on approved requests.
- Ensure proper labelling, organization, and safety within the store.
- Coordinate with site and procurement teams for material availability and timely distribution.
- Track tool usage, document all movements, and support audits and reconciliations.
Requirements:
- High School Certificate or Diploma with 2–3 years’ storekeeping experience, preferably on construction sites.
- Knowledge of MEP items and basic inventory management practices.
Reporting To: Site Engineer / Head of MEP
