ATM Consultancy is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Officer to manage and support our IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on website administration and Learning Management System (LMS) management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless digital learning experiences while maintaining the organization’s IT systems.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and maintain the organization’s website and LMS platform
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and uptime of web and LMS systems
- Upload and manage online courses, users, and training content on the LMS
- Provide technical support to staff, facilitators, and learners using the LMS
- Troubleshoot website and system-related issues promptly
- Support virtual trainings, webinars, and digital learning tools
- Manage hosting, domains, backups, and system security protocols
- Assist in the development and maintenance of mobile applications
- Support IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, and software systems
- Collaborate with training and marketing teams to improve digital learning delivery
- Monitor system analytics and generate reports on LMS usage and performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing websites and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, CMS platforms like WordPress)
- Experience with server management, hosting environments, and cybersecurity basics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and user support skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Advantage)
- Experience in e-learning environments or training institutions
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or content management tools
- Familiarity with data analytics tools for LMS reporting
