Responsibilities

•  Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
•  Guide staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
•  Support the roll-out of new applications
•  Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve related challenges with accounts
•  Establish mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and other professionals, such as software developers
•  Test and evaluate new technology
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
• Design visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software
• Select colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand; website design
  

Qualification and Requirements

• A Minimum of an HND or Degree in IT or related field.
• At least 2 years practical experience as an IT Officer
• Should be excellent in graphic design with basic know-how in website design
