Monitoring and Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Processing:

• Design and implement data collection processes to gather relevant information from project activities.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data inputs from various sources.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand data requirements and establish efficient data collection mechanisms.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Perform advanced data analysis using statistical methods and tools to extract meaningful insights.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within project data.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a monitoring and evaluation context or a similar role.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or similar software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
• Experience in designing and implementing data collection processes, including knowledge of survey methodologies and data validation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
