Position: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer
Location: Tema Shai Hills
Application Deadline: 20th November, 2025
Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and committed HSE Officer to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment across our factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Lead safety trainings, fire drills, and toolbox talks
- Monitor PPE usage and promote safety awareness
- Maintain accurate HSE records and reports
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field- NEBOSH/IOSH certification is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a factory or manufacturing HSE role
- Strong knowledge of Ghana’s HSE regulations
- Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills
- Proactive, disciplined, and safety-oriented mindse
