Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in school leadership/management in pre- school/primary and secondary settings.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of both GES and Cambridge curricula.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teachers and improve academic standards.
- Strong administrative, organisational and people-management skills.
- Must be innovative, proactive, a self-starter and a change agent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant teaching and educational leadership qualifications.
- The successful candidate will provide overall leadership, strengthen teaching and learning, manage staff performance and drive continuous school improvement.
