Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Sew and assemble various bedding products including:
- Mattress covers
- Bed sheets
- Pillowcases
- Duvets
- Pillows
- Throw pillows
- Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently and safely
- Ensure high-quality finishing and neat stitching on all products
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve workflow and efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a sewing/production environment
- Extensive experience operating industrial sewing machines
- Strong technical sewing skills
- Excellent hand-to-eye coordination
- High attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and reasoning ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
