Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Tour Manager to join our team on-site in Accra. The Tour Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing domestic and international tours, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional experiences for clients. Daily tasks may include coordinating travel arrangements, negotiating with vendors, creating itineraries, overseeing budgets, and troubleshooting on-site challenges. The role requires collaboration with creative teams, ensuring that tours align with brand narratives and campaign goals. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary contact for clients during tours, fostering positive relationships and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications

• Event planning, logistics management, and vendor coordination experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration
• Budget management and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in relevant tour management and event coordination software
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic and high-pressure environments
• Knowledge of the creative and cultural industries is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel as required by the role
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
