Enrollment Officer(French/ English Speaking)
Job summary
We are looking for: - 2 French-speaking Enrollment Officers to handle the Francophone market - 2 English-speaking Enrollment Officers to handle the Ghana market The Enrollment Officer will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, following up with, and converting prospective students into enrolled students for Improtech Training Center’s programs. The role requires a strong B2C sales mindset, excellent communication skills, discipline in follow-up, and the ability to close sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for potential students through calls, referrals, campuses, communities, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, social media, events, and partnerships.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, masterclasses, info sessions, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Present Improtech Training Center’s programs clearly to prospects, parents, sponsors, and working professionals.
- Qualify prospects based on interest, affordability, readiness, language, location, and preferred program schedule.
- Promote both the regular Solution Engineering Program and weekend professional courses.
- Invite prospects to masterclasses, open days, info sessions, and admission interviews.
- Manage the full enrollment pipeline from first contact to paid registration.
- Follow up consistently by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Close prospects into paid enrollments and ensure payment commitments are fulfilled.
- Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and conversion activity.
- Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong B2C sales experience.
- Experience in insurance, telecom, banking, education sales, or similar target-driven environments is preferred.
- Confident in speaking to individuals, parents, students, and working professionals.
- Able to prospect independently and not rely only on marketing-generated leads.
- Comfortable making calls, sending WhatsApp messages, presenting programs, and closing sales.
- Target-driven, disciplined, resilient, and persuasive.
- French-speaking candidates are required for the Francophone market.
- English-speaking candidates are required for the Ghana market.
Compensation
- Base salary: GHS 1,500 – GHS 2,000 per month
- Commission: 5% on enrollment fees actually collected
- Commission is paid only on confirmed payments received by Improtech Training Center
- Estimated earning potential for strong performers: GHS 3,000 – GHS 8,000+ per month
