Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented data entry officer to compile, capture, and maintain our digital database. As a data entry officer, you will be required to compile, merge, and format documents for data entry, check documents for errors, input data and update the database, and manage the digital filing systems.

Job Description/Requirements
Description
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Verify data and correct data where necessary.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Update data and delete unnecessary files.
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
Requirements:
- Fast in Typing, Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Suit especially MS Excel, SPSS and Tally.
- 2-year experience as a data entry operator or similar.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in data capturing and office management software such as MS
- Office and Google Suite.
- The ability to manage and process high volumes of data accurately.
- Good understanding of databases and digital and paper filing systems.
