Data Engineer

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain scalable Data Warehouse solutions on cloud architecture, data collection pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve data acquisition, processing, and quality.
• Collaborate with business reporting and drawing insights about new features performance.
• Understand different business areas' needs and build data solutions to address them.

What you'll need:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, AWS preferably, and Data Warehouse (technologies such as Redshift or Snowflake).
• Experience creating data processing scripts for structured and unstructured data (Python/Scala).
• Knowledge of analytics software: we use Looker and Amplitude, but others like Tableau or PowerBI are accepted too.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
• Previous experience as Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar data-related role.
• Great numerical, statistics, and analytical skills.
• Proactive in taking ownership of projects and issues.
• Hands-on experience querying large SQL databases (MySQL, Redshift).
