Data Analytics Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and implementation of data analytics strategies that support business goals.
• Managing a team of data analysts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis of customer behaviour, product performance, and other key metrics.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide timely and accurate information to the business.
• Developing models and algorithms to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Managing projects and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, economics).
• Proven experience managing data analytics teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with data visualisation tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
