Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Client Services Analyst to join our Private Equity LP Managed Data Services team to provide and help monitor the performance of private market portfolios and investments for our iLEVEL clients. The Client Services Analyst will serve as a liaison between our clients and our specialized data processing team to ensure satisfactory delivery of services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships by acting the liaison between clients and internal teams including data processing, implementation, and sales teams.
- Aggregate, review, and perform quality control against the data collected from Fund Financial Statements i.e. Schedule of Investments (SOI), Partner Capital Account Statements (PCAP), Cashflows notices using cutting edge technology and multi-layered process controls.
- Coordinate and manage client onboarding, including investment positions setup, reporting requirements discussion with clients and internal stakeholders, documentation, and collaboration with external fund managers.
- Utilizing Excel reports that are integrated with our platforms to streamline existing processes and create new data controls.
- Attend to clients’ inquiries around fund financial data, underlying portfolio companies’ information by conducting analysis and providing solutions to ensure that service level is met and satisfied.
- Aggregate, designate, and manage the document workflow process from receipt through entry and quality controls.
- Support assigned projects and other client projects on an “as needed” basis with allocated resources.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to streamline operations and improve client experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
- Knowledge of the private equity market, financial analysis, and reporting.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in client service or operations, preferably in Private Equity or Investment Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; experience of using iLEVEL is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently in an efficient and responsible manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working effectively with others in a team setting while under the pressure of deadlines.
- The desire to work for a company where individual contributions have significant impact on the success of the Team as a whole. A positive attitude is required.
