Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors (schools, hotels, HR firms, SMEs, etc.)
- Sell software products such as:
- School Management System
- Hotel Management Software
- HR & Payroll Software
- ERP Systems
- Filly Tutor, Filly Jobs, and other platforms
- Prospect via phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
- Conduct compelling product demos and client presentations (online or on-site)
- Negotiate pricing and close deals professionally and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Track sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and tech teams to improve pitch materials and client onboarding
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, software sales, or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of software, SaaS, or digital platforms (you don’t need to code!)
- Self-starter who can work independently and hit targets
- Ability to adapt pitches to different industries and decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
- A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields is a bonus—but not required if you can sell!
