Role Description

This is a home care job located in Accra at Mahiri-Telehealth Limited. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating with the healthcare team. They will also be involved in patient education and support, maintaining accurate medical records, and promoting safety and infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license with clinical or home care experience
• Proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety protocols
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient monitoring is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
