AllDrugs Pharmacy Limited needs an experienced Medical Counter Assistant (MCA) - Male or Female for immediate employment at our Retail Division. (Someone with a nurse background will be a plus).
The person must reside around Teshie, Nungua, Labadi, Spintex and its surroundings.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and market share goals within an assigned territory or portfolio.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Attend medical conferences, workshops, and events to represent the company and build networks.
Work closely with marketing, product, and medical affairs teams to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
Submit regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical data, industry regulations, and product knowledge.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide reliable after-sales support.
Job Qualification:
• Must have a Pharmacy Council Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a sale role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Holds a valid Ghana Driving License.
