Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in East Legon, Ghana for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media marketing campaigns, content creation, optimizing content for different social platforms, and developing and implementing effective content strategies. Daily tasks will include managing posts, engaging with the audience, analysing performance, and identifying trends to grow and maintain our online presence. The role requires a hands-on approach and close collaboration with the marketing team to align strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience with Content Strategy development
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and implement data-driven strategies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platform-specific best practices
• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
