Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Guard assigned premises and protect company assets, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas to prevent unauthorized access.
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of assigned locations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures at all times.
- Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or breaches immediately to supervisors.
- Assist during emergency situations and provide support when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent conduct while on duty.
- Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Junior High School (JHS) or Senior High School (SHS) certificate.
- Physically fit, healthy, and well-built.
- Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and responsibility.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts and adapt to operational schedules.
- Previous experience in security services is an advantage but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: GHS 1,800 per month
- Full Social Security contributions (Tier 1 & Tier 2)

Work Schedule
- Six (6) working days per week
- One (1) day off each week
- Shift-based schedule as assigned
