Role Description

This is an Evening and weekend shift . The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, offering advice on drug interactions and side effects, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves counseling patients on proper medication usage and supporting the team in addressing customer inquiries about products and health-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and prescription processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and communicate with healthcare professionals
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage inventory, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure precise dispensing and minimize risks
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with pharmacy management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) and a valid license to practice as a pharmacist
• Experience in community or retail pharmacy is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
