Description Of Job
The Pharmacy Technician is responsible to provide technical functions associated with the delivery of pharmaceutical care in accordance with the level of expertise, Standards for Pharmaceutical Care and Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines, and to take temporary charge of pharmaceutical services in the absence of the pharmacist.
Will assist the pharmacist in preparing patient prescriptions for out-patient services.
Qualification Required & Experience
HND in dispensing technology, Diploma in pharmacy technology or its equivalent plus one (1) year national service at a recognized health facility.
