Job summary
We are recruiting 70 Security Guards to join our security team. The successful candidates will be responsible for protecting company property, personnel, and premises while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Candidates must be disciplined, physically fit, alert, and willing to work flexible 12-hour shifts as part of a rotating shift schedule.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the assigned premises.
- Check and verify visitors, employees, and vehicles entering or leaving the facility.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and prevent security risks.
- Maintain vigilance and promptly report suspicious activities or security incidents.
- Protect company property, equipment, and assets against theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
- Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
- Enforce security procedures and site regulations.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when dealing with staff and visitors.
- Work closely with supervisors and other security personnel to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other security-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of SHS/WASSCE certificate.
- Must have a valid Ghana Card.
- Must be male.
- Must be physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous security experience is an advantage.
- Must be willing and available to work 12-hour shifts.
- Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including day or night shifts as assigned.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.

- Salary: GHS 1,100 per month
