• Translate ideas, emotions, and concepts into three-dimensional clay sculptures.
• Use artistic vision to create works that communicate stories, cultural values, or personal expressions.
• Ensure each piece aligns with the company’s artistic direction and quality standards.

• Create sketches, mock-ups, and preliminary models before executing final pieces.
• Plan the structure, size, materials, and techniques required for each project.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine designs and meet project timelines.

• Mold, carve, and assemble clay sculptures with precision and creativity.
• Apply techniques that enhance texture, proportion, and overall aesthetics.
• Ensure durability and quality finish for all pieces.

• Develop sculptures, monuments, and memorials that reflect heritage, tradition, and significant figures.
• Contribute to projects that preserve Ghana’s rich cultural history through art.

Environmental Integration

• Design sculptures that fit harmoniously into diverse environments such as public spaces, buildings, and galleries.
• Collaborate with clients or curators to ensure installations suit the intended location or theme.

• Explore new artistic techniques, materials, and technologies in sculpture creation.
• Experiment with modern and traditional forms to expand creative expression.
• Continuously seek improvement and originality in every piece produced.

• Proven experience as a Sculptor or Artist specializing in clay modeling.
• Strong artistic and creative ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using sculpting tools, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to conceptualize and bring ideas to life in three-dimensional form.
• Good understanding of design principles, proportions, and textures.

• Background in Fine Arts, Sculpture, or related field (Diploma or Degree).
• Familiarity with casting, molding, or bronze finishing techniques.
• Strong sense of cultural awareness and artistic storytelling.

• Starting Salary: GHS 1,500 during the probation period.
• Probation Period: 3 months
